Permit Fees – $20 Residential/ $50 Commercial. Annual renewal. Seniors 65+ and Government Agencies are exempt from permit fees.

Permit required. There is a $40 residential permit fee and a $80 commercial permit fee. The permit fee is waived for seniors aged 65 and older and for government buildings. The permits expires every two years from issuance.
